Make production infrastructure callable by AI agents — not just clickable by humans. Every layer of the stack should be available as a typed, auditable, reversible tool. We started with deployment because that is where AI-built software still hits a wall.
Founding story
Krilo Labs was founded in 2026 by a solo founder who got tired of watching AI write production-quality code that then sat in a repo for hours while a human clicked through dashboards to deploy it. The bottleneck was never the code — it was the infrastructure underneath, designed for humans, hostile to agents. We started with a simple thesis: if AI agents are going to build the next decade of software, they need infrastructure that speaks their language. We started with deployment, the most universal pain point. Krilo Ship is the first product. Krilo Cloud (managed compute) and Krilo AI (agent runtime) are next. The company itself is run by a solo founder and a fleet of AI agents — not because we have to, but because it is the strongest possible proof of the platform we are building.
